When people ask me what I do, my answer is straightforward: “I solve workforce problems.” After over two decades in staffing, I’ve learned that honesty and reliability create lasting partnerships far better than flashy promises or slick sales pitches. Staffing can be complicated, but it’s mostly about keeping your word, giving it your all, and delivering results.

Nobody’s Going to Outwork Me

I think I was drawn to workforce management because I have such a strong work ethic. I’ve had it since my early days, starting as a paperboy. I’d wake up early, knock on doors, and collect payments. It wasn’t glamorous, but it taught me about responsibility, follow-through, and reliability. The harder I worked, the more rewarded I felt.

Even today, you’ll usually find me first in the office, working long 12–14 hour days. Why? Because setting an example matters. If I expect my team to deliver exceptional results, I need to be right there with them. Our clients know this about me too they know if I promise something, it’s as good as done. In a business built on reliability, there’s simply no substitute for hard work.

Treating Your Business Like My Own

I care deeply about our clients and the business challenges they go through. Manufacturing, supply chain, food production – these industries are tough, and require custom solutions, not generic ones. Great people, hard workers, good systems. From day one, we’ve made it our mission to listen with our full attention, and to tailor our services precisely to the unique challenges being faced.

I recall meeting with a client whose production fluctuated seasonally. They mentioned that their peak season hit annually “once it gets colder here in Wisconsin.” We sat down and talked about their specific needs, and put a plan into action. Now they are getting massive. I think it just started with 30 people and now it’s just humongous. They’ve done a tremendous job and they just keep expanding, which is great.

Always Going a Step Further

We are always thinking about what will make our client companies run more effectively. One significant issue we discovered early on was transportation. Many qualified workers couldn’t reliably reach job sites due to limited public transportation options. Instead of shrugging it off as someone else’s problem, we took direct action. We started modestly with a single van, bringing the workers exactly where they needed to be.

Over time, our fleet expanded dramatically. Today we manage 40 vans, with the ability to scale up to 20 buses or more. We even operate a fully equipped mechanic shop to maintain our fleet, ensuring every vehicle is reliable and DOT-certified. Solving transportation wasn’t easy, but watching our clients benefit from consistently staffed shifts made every investment worthwhile.

Evolving With the Times

As businesses evolve, so do their staffing needs. For a while now, clients have asked if we could also handle higher-level staffing, such as foremen, managers, and executives. Turns out we can because we have the right connections and access to top-tier talent.
